Choosing the right generator
Generators on FreeMicroTools make things on your own device: QR codes, strong passwords, favicons, signatures, UUIDs, podcast names and placeholder text. The QR Code Generator creates codes for links, Wi-Fi networks, UPI payments, contact cards, email, phone numbers and text, as PNG or SVG. The Password Generator makes random passwords or memorable passphrases with the browser’s secure random source. The Favicon Generator turns one logo into every icon size a website needs, with the manifest and the HTML, in one ZIP. The Online Signature Generator turns a drawn, typed or photographed signature into a transparent PNG. The UUID Generator makes version 4, time-ordered version 7 or name-based version 5 identifiers, one or a thousand at a time, in the format your code wants. The Podcast Name Generator builds a dozen names from what your show is about, in the tone you choose, and the Lorem Ipsum Generator makes filler text by the paragraph, word or character. The Wheel Spinner picks a fair random name, answer or prize from a list, taking winners off as you go.
Choose a UPI code for payments at a counter or on an invoice, a Wi-Fi code so guests can join without typing the password, and a link code for menus and posters; codes made here hold your details directly and never expire. Use a random password for accounts kept in a password manager and a passphrase for the few you remember.
To judge a password you already use, the Password Strength Checker shows how long it would take to crack and which patterns give it away. Nothing you enter in a generator or the checker is sent to a server or stored.
Questions
Do QR codes made on FreeMicroTools expire?
No. The QR codes hold your link or details directly instead of redirecting through our site, so they keep working for as long as the link, UPI ID or Wi-Fi details inside them stay the same.
Is a UPI QR code free to make and use?
Yes. The QR Code Generator is free, and FreeMicroTools is never part of the payment: the code opens the payer’s UPI app with your UPI ID, and the money goes directly to your account.
Are generated passwords stored or sent anywhere?
No. The Password Generator creates passwords in your browser, and they are never sent to a server or stored.
