Etsy Seller Tools on FreeMicroTools are for sellers who want to price properly and know what sells before spending a day making and listing it. The Etsy Fee and Profit Calculator is the place to start: type your price, your postage and what the item costs you to make, and it shows every fee Etsy takes from that sale, what you keep, your margin, the break-even price and the price you would have to charge to keep the amount you want. It runs in your browser, so nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Bestseller Finder for Etsy is a Chrome extension, now in beta and coming to the Chrome Web Store, that opens a side panel next to Etsy and gives every listing on the page a demand score from the signals Etsy already shows, such as the Bestseller badge, Popular now, reviews and rating.
Open a listing or a shop and the panel remembers its numbers, so results tables fill in as you browse: reviews, buyers in the last 24 hours, estimated monthly revenue and a shop’s best listings. Track a shop to measure its real sales per day between visits, and see the 1 to 3 word keyword phrases used across search results.
The extension reads only the Etsy pages you open. Nothing is fetched in the background, no Etsy login is used, and no server is involved. The free plan covers scanning, scores, the top 25 keyword phrases and 3 tracked shops. An Etsy Keyword Finder is on the roadmap.

How much does Etsy take from a sale?
A listing fee for the item, a transaction fee worked out on the item price plus postage and gift wrapping, and a payment processing fee that is a percentage of the order total plus a fixed amount. An Offsite Ads fee is added only when the sale came from an ad Etsy placed on another site. The Etsy Fee and Profit Calculator works all of it out for one sale and shows what you keep.
Does Bestseller Finder for Etsy need my Etsy login?
No. The extension reads only the Etsy pages you open in your own browser, uses no Etsy login and fetches nothing in the background.
When can I install Bestseller Finder for Etsy?
The extension is in beta and coming to the Chrome Web Store. Its page on FreeMicroTools lets you ask to be told when it launches.
