How to use IBPS Photo and Signature Resizer

IBPS forms for PO, Clerk and RRB recruitment ask for a JPG photograph of 200 × 230 pixels between 20 KB and 50 KB, and a signature of 140 × 60 pixels between 10 KB and 20 KB. Choose Photograph or Signature, drop in a picture, and line it up. The tool saves a JPG inside both file size limits and shows a checklist before you download. A clean signature can be too plain to reach 10 KB at 140 × 60 pixels; since IBPS gives that size as preferred, the tool then makes it larger with the same shape. Nothing is uploaded.
How it works
IBPS Photo and Signature Resizer is a web page that does its work on your own device. The file you choose is opened by your browser, changed there and saved from there; it is never sent to a server, so there is no copy of it anywhere to delete, no queue and no waiting for an upload. Most online tools of this kind send your file to their servers and work on it there, and many keep it for a while. This one does not. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on how often you use it, and the result downloads the moment it is ready.
The signature
Sign in black ink on white paper, in running handwriting: IBPS does not accept signatures in capital letters. Clean up paper whitens the background and Fit signature fills the frame.
The photograph
Use a recent passport-style colour photo against a light background. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not accepted, and glasses must not reflect light over your eyes.

Why is my signature larger than 140 × 60 pixels?
At 140 × 60 pixels a clean signature can compress to less than 10 KB. The tool keeps the same shape and makes it just large enough to reach the minimum, instead of adding hidden data to the file.
