How to use Image Size Converter
- Choose your imagesPress Choose images or drop them into the box.
- Set the sizeType the longest side in pixels, or press Etsy listing (2000px), Web page (1200px) or Thumbnail (600px), then choose the format and quality.
- DownloadDownload the resized images. Images already smaller than the size you set are left as they are.
Set how many pixels the longest side should be, or press a preset, and every photo you drop in is converted to that size with its shape kept, then saved as JPG, WebP or PNG. The new width, height and file size show on each image before you download. Photos smaller than the size you ask for are left alone, so nothing comes out blurry. Nothing is uploaded.
How it works
Image Size Converter is a web page that does its work on your own device. The file you choose is opened by your browser, changed there and saved from there; it is never sent to a server, so there is no copy of it anywhere to delete, no queue and no waiting for an upload. Most online tools of this kind send your file to their servers and work on it there, and many keep it for a while. This one does not. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on how often you use it, and the result downloads the moment it is ready.
Pixels, KB or centimetres
This page changes the size in pixels. For a limit in KB, such as under 50 KB, use Compress Image. For a size in centimetres or inches on paper, the pixels needed depend on the print resolution; the DPI Checker works that out.

What size in pixels should I use?
2000 pixels on the longest side suits listings and prints, 1200 suits web pages and email, and 600 suits thumbnails. The presets set these for you.
