GPA Calculator: Your GPA from letter grades and credits, weighted or unweighted, with the grades you need for a target.

Type each class with its grade and credits, and set Honors or AP for the classes that are weighted. The unweighted GPA on the 4.0 scale and the weighted GPA appear side by side. The page starts with half a point for honors and a full point for AP, IB and dual credit; change them to match your school. Add the GPA and credits from earlier years for a cumulative GPA.

How it works

High School GPA Calculator is a web page that does its work on your own device. Everything you type or choose is worked out by your browser and never sent to a server, so nothing is stored and there is nothing to delete. There is no account, no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it.

Which GPA colleges look at

Applications usually ask for the GPA your school reports, and many colleges then recalculate it with their own rules, often using only core academic classes from certain years. Report the numbers on your transcript, and use these to plan.
