The page starts with 83% going into a final worth 25%: to finish with 85% you need 91% on the final. Type your own grade, the final's weight from the syllabus and the grade you want. The table gives the final score needed for every letter grade, and says which are already safe and which are out of reach.
How it works
Final Grade Calculator is a web page that does its work on your own device. Everything you type or choose is worked out by your browser and never sent to a server, so nothing is stored and there is nothing to delete. There is no account, no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it.
The formula
Final score needed = (grade you want − grade now × (1 − final weight)) ÷ final weight, with the weight as a decimal: 25% is 0.25.
