How it works
Text to Hex Converter is a web page that does its work on your own device. Everything you type or choose is worked out by your browser and never sent to a server, so nothing is stored and there is nothing to delete. There is no account, no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it.

Choose a comma separator and the 0x prefix to get a list you can paste straight into an array: 0x48,0x69.
Questions
Is this the same as URL encoding?
Close: URL encoding writes the same UTF-8 bytes as %48 style codes, but only for characters that need it. Use the URL Encoder for links.
