Calorie Calculator: Calories a day for your goal, with BMR, maintenance calories and macros.

Your TDEE is marked in the result: your BMR times an activity factor from 1.2 to 1.9, the calories that keep your weight steady. A 35-year-old woman, 5 ft 5 in and 150 lb, maintains on about 2,133 calories with moderate exercise. The table lists the calories for every goal.

How it works

TDEE Calculator is a web page that does its work on your own device. Everything you type or choose is worked out by your browser and never sent to a server, so nothing is stored and there is nothing to delete. There is no account, no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it.

Picking your activity level

Most people overestimate. If you sit for most of the day and train three times a week, Light or Moderate is closer than Active. Check against your weight over a few weeks.
