Privacy policy: Image to Text

What this tool does with your pictures
- The pictures and PDFs you add are opened and read by code running in your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else, and the text read from them is not sent anywhere.
- The first time you use it, your browser downloads the text-reading engine and the language data from our own site. These are program files, the same for everyone, and contain nothing about you.
- There is no account and no cookie. We count visits with a code that changes every day and cannot identify you, plus the site that linked you here and your device type, and how many times text is read or copied, never the pictures or the text.
This page covers Image to Text only. The site-wide Privacy Policy covers everything else, and the Terms of Use apply to every tool.
