Does it use the Etsy API?

No. It reads the Etsy pages you have open in your browser and nothing else. That is why some numbers only appear after you open a listing or shop page.

Does it scrape Etsy?

No. It never requests a page on its own. Etsy's terms prohibit crawling and scraping, so the extension is built to read only what you are already looking at.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser's extension storage on your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling removes everything.

Why does Shop sales show a dash?

Result cards do not show shop sales. Open the listing or the shop once and the number is remembered for 30 days for every card from that shop.

A number shows a dash

Etsy changes its page markup often. If a column shows a dash for every listing, the page changed and the extension needs an update. Email us the page address and we will fix it.
